Dec. 18, 2017 - A small furry mammal long thought extinct in New South Wales, Australia, has been rediscovered. The crest-tailed mulgara, a carnivorous marsupial, hadn't been seen in the area for more than one hundred years. It was known to still exist in other central parts of Australia.
