Pile of 'Sleeping' Sharks Caught on Camera
August 2, 2017 - Divers off the coast of Mexico filmed a little understood shark behavior—'sleeping.' The group of white tip reef sharks may look strange, but this behavior is actually common. Sharks oscillate between wakeful and restful periods throughout the day. Even though they're 'sleeping,' they don't enter an unconscious state. Little is known about what they do during these rest periods.
