July 28, 2017 - A planet called Kepler-1625b is just one of thousands of known worlds beyond our solar system, or exoplanets. But it's now the focus of special attention, because it may turn out to be the first exoplanet with a known exomoon. Detecting moons is more difficult than finding planets, and the findings may yet prove to be a false positive. Tests using the Hubble Space Telescope in October could confirm the moon's existence. If it's there, it could be huge, about the size of the planet Neptune.
