This is the Inimicus filamentosus, also known as a two-stick stingfish.
Diver Vital Bazarov filmed this venomous fish during the day … a rare sighting since it is nocturnal.
They use their camouflage to ambush unsuspecting prey.
But they will display their colorful fins as a warning to potential predators, or in this case, a curious scuba diver.
