Cantsbee, one of the last two mountain gorillas named and studied by Dian Fossey before her death more than 30 years ago disappeared in October, 2016 and was presumed dead. But he reappeared in early January 2017 after a long absence. The 38-year-old dominant male lives in Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda. In this video provided by the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, Cantsbee can be seen eating in the jungle.
