- For the first time, researchers in Brazil's Serra da Capivara National Park have observed a female bearded capuchin monkey using sticks to probe her nose and teeth. Use of stick tools by foraging males has been widely observed in that park, but nasal probing and toothpick use by an adult female has never been recorded. Video copyright © 2015 M. Haslam and T.
