Four Women Prepare to Tackle a Wild River

Watch a team of female kayakers get ready for a 2,700-mile adventure through Mongolia and Russia in this excerpt from Nobody's RiverNational Geographic Young Explorer Grant recipient Amber Valenti had the idea of documenting an expedition down the Amur River, one of the last free-flowing rivers in the world, and gathered a group of women for the journey. The film was directed by Skip Armstrong of Wazee Motion Pictures.
