- Oumou Sangare—"Wayeina" - Oumou Sangare is a Malian singer who reinvented the traditional wassoulou music of her region as contemporary African pop.
- Rokia Traore—"Dounia" - Rokia Traore grew up the daughter of a Malian diplomat, which exposed her to diverse cultural influences, but as a member of the upper-class also made it difficult for her family to accept her choice of a career in music.
- Salif Keita Feat. Cesaria Evora—"Yamore" - Mali's Salif Keita and Cape Verde's Cesaria Evora are two of African pop's biggest stars. Here they team up for a duet.
